Help for the electronic Exchange

PART I : HOW TO APPLY
Step 1 : You receive the email with AF number & password
Step 2 : You login to www.ifmsa.net/student
Step 3 : You must then fill in your Application Form, Motivation Letters and CV using the “Edit” option. If you do not have all the information, you can login again and fill in the rest at a later time.
Step 4 : When you feel all the data in the Application Form is correct and according to the Exchange Conditions of the hosting organisation, choose ‘Submit Application Form’.
Remember that after ‘Submitting’, you can no longer edit your Application Form, Motivation Letters or CV.
Step 5 : Your Application Form is sent to the hosting organisation and you have to wait for its approval and the final details of the exchange.
PART II : ACCEPTANCE
Step 6 : You receive the Card of Acceptance where you can see the details of your exchange. You can also download a PDF Invitation Letter and a Support Letter for the Embassy.
PART III : CONFIRMATION
Step 7 : You edit the Card of Confirmation which must contain all the necessary info from your part.
If you do not have all the information, you can login again and fill in the rest at a later time but no later than when specified by the exchange conditions.
Step 8 : Finally, you must submit your Card of Confirmation. After this, you must communicate with your contact person in order to arrange any details or last minute arrival changes.
Remember that after ‘Submitting’, you can no longer edit your Card of Confirmation. Warning : If you do not fill-in the Application Form according to the Exchange Conditions of the hosting
organisation, your Application may be delayed, modified or even rejected by the Exchange Officer of your country.
PART IV: EVALUATION
At the end of your exchange please submit your evaluation form. Your feedback is very important in order to improve more and more our programmes.
